GREENISH is the brand of Suzhou Greenish New Material Technology Co., Ltd. — a PET acoustic manufacturer in Changshu, Jiangsu, supplying acoustic panels and furniture to fit-out contractors, distributors and architects in Europe, North America and Australia.
What we do
We card, needle, thermally bond, cut, mill, print and pack PET acoustic products. Because the whole process is in one plant, we control colour, thickness and density rather than buying board and reselling it.
Who we work with
Fit-out contractors, office furniture distributors, acoustic consultants and architects. Most of our work is project-based: a drawing, a colour, a deadline and a submittal that has to pass review.
How we work
Sample first, then shop drawing, then production. Every order is inspected in process and before dispatch, with photos and a packing list sent before the container leaves.
Milestones
From a rented workshop to 40,000 m².
- 2014GREENISH begins manufacturing PET acoustic board and desk screens in Changshu.
- 2023New 40,000 m² plant completed — carding, needling, bonding and finishing in one building.
- 2024–2026Certification and testing extended across fire, emissions, recycled content and life-cycle data; export markets in Europe, North America and Australia.
- TodayFive product families, 46 standard colours, and a technical team that answers specification questions directly.
Quality control
Four gates before anything ships.
The failures that matter in PET board are colour drift, density variation, needle marks and contamination. Each has a control point.
Incoming material
Recycled flake and fibre checked for colour, contamination and moisture before it enters the line.
In process
Density, thickness and colour checked through carding, needling and bonding; metal detection on the line.
Finished goods
Dimensional check, surface inspection and colour match against the master swatch for the order.
Before dispatch
Sample inspection on every order, packing check and photo record sent to the customer.
Research & development
New profiles come from the factory floor, not a catalogue.
Our R&D team works from market requirements and consultant feedback: a thinner screen, a deeper baffle, a printed surface that does not read as plastic. Each idea goes through feasibility, 3D simulation, prototype, tooling and test before it enters the range.
That is how the 3D thermoformed tiles, the V-groove profile and the printed range were developed — and why we can quote a custom profile without a year of tooling.
