How quickly will I get a reply?
Enquiries are answered by a named account manager, normally within two working days. If your project is at tender stage, say so and include the deadline — we prioritise those.
Can you send samples before I have a project?
Yes. Colour cards and A4 board samples are sent free of charge; you cover the courier if you need them urgently.
Do you work with distributors in Europe?
We do. If you are a stockist or a distributor with a showroom, write to us with your territory and the range you are interested in.
Can you quote in EUR?
Quotations are normally issued in USD or EUR depending on the destination and the agreement. Freight can be quoted FOB, CIF or DAP.
